We have the capability to handle your event from start to finish with 1 call!
Deposit
All reservations must be accompanied with a non-refundable depost of $100.00. Full deposit of amount due and a signed contract for rental is required to secure the facility and catering services. Any remaining balance can be paid up to 14 days prior to your event but must be paid in full before your event.
Price Guarantee
When a reservation is made and the deposit is placed, we will guarantee the quoted price. If deposit is not made, quoted price is guaranteed for 30 days.
Usage/setup time
You may setup for your event any time the day of your event or the night before if the hall is available. The use of the hall for your event stops at 12:30am (our normal closing hour) unless otherwise agreed upon.
Alcoholic Beverages
There may not be any outside alcohol brought onto the premises. We will provide bartenders and servers to accommodate your guests. All alcohol is served by our bartenders and servers. We operate as a "cash" bar unless arrangement has been made and payment has been secured prior to your event.
Security
Security is required for your event. There is an extra charge for this service. The William Hocking American Legion Post 91 cannot assume responsibility for theft or damage of personal items brought into our facility or in our parking lot.
Property Damage
The William Hocking American Legion Post 91 reserves the right to inspect our facility before, during, and after your function to ensure damage has not be sustained. In such a case, we reserve the right to remedy to the extent the legal law allows. In the event damages and or theft of American Legion property occurs, we reserve the right to fix, repair or replace said property.
